I've moved to a 3rd world country . . .

This is how they do trash here:
  • No lids,
  • overflowing bins,
  • free for all the raccoons and rats to eat whatever they please (assuming they have raccoons and rats in Pennsylvania)
What happens when it rains. All the toxins are just going to leach out and run down the street.

PS - What is not pictured - the way the trash is picked up. Let's just say a crew of men walk behind the trash truck and manually sort through the trash (blue bags are recycling) and precede to throw the dirtiness into the truck. The sad part is, is that I'm sure the people that do this in CA get paid the same amount of money to drive and work the fork lift that automatically throws the non-rain soaked trash into the truck.

PPS - the recycle "blue" bags are not always sorted out and recycled. ugh!
